This kit was a challenge!

I tried to convert the kit to a Silverplate model. I removed and covered the unnecessary turrets. I sanded down all the old raised panel lines, re-scribed recessed lines, and pounced the fasteners into the plastic – took quite a while!

The plane needed a lot of weight to hold the nose down. Trying to find places to hide wheel slugs and Liquid Gravity was entertaining.

The size of this finished plane made me realize it was time to start moving away from aircraft for a bit!
